Nelson CARES Society is hiring a Stepping Stones Gateway Service worker
Job Summary: The Gateway Services Worker identifies and provides intervention and support services to homeless individuals who are residents at Stepping Stones Emergency Shelter. They work one-on-one with the residents to seek and secure permanent housing and refer to external agency such as health services, mental health and addictions and other services that may be requested by the resident.
