As summer fades quickly and we are left with the fruits of our growth, I can see things are changing. Most significantly the world rallies around the Climate Marches, and this movement is a beautiful example of intergenerational work at home and abroad. On September 20th I had the pleasure of marching with a senior friend, who said she was there “to support the youth… They need for the governments to smarten up.” Togeth-er we carried a sign that said ‘respect mother earth.’ Seeing people of all ages at the march was inspiring because we are recognizing that each of us has the power and responsibility to protect our future in some capacity.
