In 2022, BC Housing purchased the North Shore Inn for use as supportive housing. These homes are an important part of our continued effort to address and prevent homelessness in the community.

BC Housing has placed temporary modular housing units in the parking lot while renovations are completed in the main building. The modular housing will provide 28 homes with supports. We currently expect the temporary modular housing units to be installed by the end of 2024.
